Sell represents our solution to help you "Sell" your property for the price you want but not through a conventional method with a realtor but instead using a lease option. The property will be sold to a tenant buyer who will lease the property with an option to buy cashing out the homeowner within 12 to 36 months.

3. Modify

Modify represents our solution to help you “Modify” the terms of your home loan with the lender through loan modification. Through a loan modification, we gather and submit the proper documents for modification to either lower the interest rate, extend the loan term, or reduce monthly payments to make the mortgage more affordable.

Return represents the method in which we help the homeowner "Return" the property and mortgage back to the lender via a legal agreement called Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure.
